Call Centre Opening Hours...

Our agents are available to help you, with any enquiry you may have, seven days per week by Phone, Fax and E-mail. We are open between the hours of 9am and 9pm Monday to Friday, 9am til 8pm Saturdays and 10am til 8pm on Sundays. Outside of these times you can either, send us a Fax or an E-mail and we will contact you as soon as we receive your enquiry (see below for details).

If you would like to make a booking, or further information, or check availability and pricing you can call us on

You can pay direct over the phone using your Switch or Delta card. No charge is made for payment by cheque or debit card.

You may also pay with the following credit cards. Due to the fee levied by credit card companies, a 2.5% charge will be made on each payment using Visa, Mastercard or Eurocard.

By Fax...

You can also make enquiries via Fax on 01792 483 423. Please provide as much detail as you can regarding the offer you are interested in; your prefferred departure point (if applicable), dates you wish to travel on or between, the operator/carrier supplying the offer and the destination or itinerary you are interested in. Without this information our agents will not be able to efficiently help you with your enquiry.
